Thanks for your interest in the MBIX Newsflash list. This list
is intended for use by anyone who is a registered member of MBIX.
The purpose of this list is to allow MBIX members to quickly disseminate time-sensitive
business-related information and opportunities to the MBIX community. Here are some
examples of the type of information that can be posted to this list by its moderator and
its subscribers:
- New business opportunities/leads
- Job opportunities
- Relevant industry news
- MBIX-related information
Any member of this list may send a message out to all other list members by
emailing the message (no attachments) to this address:
MBIXnews@MBIX.org
MBIXnews is moderated. This means that a human being (the list moderator)
must approve each message before it is broadcast out to all subscribers.
Here are the list posting guidelines. Please read them in their
entirety at least once!
- By sending messages to "MBIXnews@MBIX.org" you explicitly agree
to the following conditions regarding original content written
by you for distribution to the MBIXnews List:
- You own or have release of rights for all material submitted.
- Submission of material to the list constitutes permission for
non-exclusive, perpetual rights for electronic distribution of
your material only in the form of archives, where your material
is part of the archive.
- The list moderators disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy

- The MBIX List is intended to be a means of disseminating business-
related information and opportunities to the MBIX community. Here are
some example discussion topics that are relevant:
- New business leads and referrals
- Breaking news and information relevant to the MBIX community
- Think and edit before you post. Remember that hundreds of
people are going to read what you send!
- Put something meaningful in the subject line.
- When responding to a post, use the subject line from the post
you are responding to.
- Be Brief. We are all busy so try to stay on topic.
- No attachments. The list software can't handle them.
- Careful with the profanity. We are all professionals so try
not to make an @!~* out of yourself.
- No blatant self-promotion. Its Ok to let people know what you
do but let's not turn this into an advertising vehicle.
- Sign your posts. Putting your business affiliation and other
contact information at the end of your post is also a good idea.
- No personal attacks.
- Contribute. Its vital to the success of this list.
- Please do not send unsolicited email advertisements to people
that post on this list. Posting in this forum is _not_ an
invitation to be sent spam, and those that engage in such
practices will likely do themselves more harm than good.
